L-R: Allen Smith, Steve Breagy
Allen Smith is the Husband of Kimberly Smith, and the father of Mathew, Brittany, Corey, Nellie Grace, Luke, Elijah, David, and Joshua. His oldest son was married to Brianna Auge after a 6 month courtship. Allen graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1984 and received his law degree from UNC in 1987. He is a partner in the law firm of Smith, Dickey, Dempster, Carpenter, & Harris, where he practiced law with his father until his father’s retirement in 2004. Allen is the designated local counsel in North Carolina for Home School Legal Defense. Allen was saved in 1992, and he and Kim have been home educating their children since 1994. Allen and his family also enjoy playing bluegrass together, and have a family business, Deep River Cattle, which sells grassfed Beef.
It is Allen’s conviction that the battle to make our Country a strong Christian nation again must be won by Fathers discipling their own children, and a strong pulpit that has a clear understanding of what Christian Discipleship is. Allen also was a founding Elder of Heritage Bible Fellowship, a family integrated church in Fayetteville in 2003, where he served until moving to Moore County to raise cattle and to raise children on their farm on the Deep River.
